Below is a link to article from an Air Force officer on using the Socratic Method to lead your subordinates. I had not read anything on this take before and thought it was interesting.

It would take quite a bit of practice to incorporate this into your leadership repertoire, but could be an extremely valuable tool to have in the toolbox.
